Provides comprehensive training to help individuals independently search for jobs. We cover everything from preparing resumes and completing applications to mastering the art of interviewing.

Evaluates work behaviors, interpersonal skills, and job-related skill levels to identify viable career options. Assessments are offered in facility-based and community-based settings.

Counseling on Post-Secondary Educational Programs
Provides comprehensive support with identifying financial aid options, documenting necessary academic accommodations, and promoting the use of self-advocacy skills. We also assist with the application and enrollment process, identify interests and goals, and connect students to PSE resources and services.

Engages, motivates, and augments the learning process by connecting indivduals to real-life work experiences and future career opportunities with employers.

Instruction in Self-Advocacy
Focuses on empower individuals with disabilities to advocate for themselves effectively through the development of self-awareness, independent decision-making, goal setting, self-determination, as well as understanding, requesting, and utilizing needed accommodations.

Helps individuals adjust their work behavior and develop compensatory skills in various vocational areas, including interpersonal skills, peer and supervisory work relationships, and general work expectations and habits.

Helps individuals adjust their personal behavior and develop compensatory skills for independent living that enables them to communicate effectively, travel in the community, improve personal functioning, and achieve employment.
